Resident Agent
According to the law, all Panamanian Private
Interest Foundations shall have a resident agent who must be an
attorney at law in the Republic of Panama.
Delvalle & Delvalle has qualified attorneys, experts
in corporate law and incorporation, who will provide the services
of a resident agent and will be able to offer required legal assistance.
Furthermore, as resident agents, we offer the service of amendments
to Foundation Charter and creation of records for Board of Foundation,
among others.
