If you choose our services to incorporate a Private Interest Foundation the total cost for this process will be US$950.00, and it will include the following:
1. Foundation Charter, whereby the Private Interest foundation is constituted both in Spanish and English, duly registered in the Panama Public Registry.
2. Power of Attorney included in the Foundation Charter. (In case is needed)
3. Original Certificate of Incorporation issued by Panama Public Registry corroborating the existence of the foundation.
4. Apostille or legalization of documents.
5. A sample of the Regulations for the Foundation.
6. Copy of receipt of Annual franchise tax payment of US$250.00 in concept for the first year of incorporation.
7. Resident Agent Fee.
8. Courier Expenses.
