Duration of procedure
Once we confirm that the corresponding payment
was received, we will proceed with your request and send you the
documents by courier between four (4) or six (6) labor days, depending
on the plan that you chose.
One year of Incorporation
After every completion
of one year of its incorporation, the company must pay the following:
1. For the annual franchise
payment or mandatory corporate tax to continue operating, the
corporation must pay the amount of US$300.00.
2. For our legal fees,
the amount of U$150.00.
3. In case our company
provides services for the nominee board of directors there will
be a charge for the amount of US$300.00.
